- 20g to 45g of cacao - 180ml of water or your milk of choice. - Sweetener of your choice (optional)

Heat your milk or water in a pan and whisk in  your cacao until melted. Serve in your favourite mug. You can add a pinch of sea salt, cinnamon,  chilli or cayenne pepper for an extra flavour.
