Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my coffee?

Orders are roasted and posted within 2 working days of receipt and  sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Therefore our delivery aim is 4 to 6 working days.

If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 15 working days. A full refund or replacement will be provided.

I entered the wrong address?

Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process. Please ensure that the details you provide are accurate when you order. Please contact us as soon as possible as mistakes can not be rectified after dispatch.

My order has arrived damaged or incorrect?

​If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then we offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods.

Can I change my mind?​

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund.  The customer will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods.  Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging.  We recommend that your carrier gives you a proof of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

How long does coffee stay fresh for?​

For our freshly roasted beans we would recommend using within 3 months of roast date. For ground coffee we would recommend a much shorter time. Its important to keep coffee in a cool dark place and air tight as much as possible.

How do subscriptions work?

We offer 2 types of subscription. Both advanced pay and pay as you go.

We will send out freshly roasted 200g/500g/1kg of Coffee to you for either a duration of your choice or on a monthly recurring basis. Each month we will hand pick a different coffee from our selection. Coffee will either be shipped on the 1st of each month (or as close to as possible) or be treated as a new order on a pay as you go subscription.

Can I make requests on Subscriptions?​

Yes, you can request a particular coffee for your subscription. Some coffees are not available on subscriptions.

If you have a monthly advanced payment subscription. This will be roasted on 1st of each month and dispatched on or as close as possible to that date. Any requests will need to be made at least 2 days prior to roasting.

For pay as you go subscriptions, any requests will need to be made at least 2 days prior to the renewal date.
